Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel. In the evening, attend a trip briefing, meet fellow pilgrims, and enjoy a gentle yoga and meditation session to begin your spiritual journey.
Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing & Preparation
Visit sacred UNESCO World Heritage Sites including Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Swoyambhunath Stupa. Complete final preparations for the Tibet journey. Evening yoga, meditation, and yatra orientation.
Day 3: Drive Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1,550m)
Drive through scenic hills, terraced fields, rivers, and traditional villages. Enjoy beautiful mountain views along the way. Overnight in Syabrubesi.
Day 4: Drive to Kerung, Tibet (2,700m)
After breakfast, drive to Rasuwagadhi Border. Complete Nepal and Tibet immigration formalities and continue to Kerung. Rest and acclimatize to the higher altitude.
Day 5: Acclimatization Day in Kerung
A vital day for altitude adjustment. Practice yoga, pranayama, and meditation. Take a short walk around the town and surrounding hills to help your body adapt to the elevation.
Day 6: Drive Kerung to Saga (4,640m)
Travel across the vast Tibetan Plateau with spectacular views of snow-capped peaks and wide-open landscapes. Cross high mountain passes before arriving in Saga.
Day 7: Drive Saga to Lake Mansarovar (4,590m)
One of the most memorable days of the pilgrimage. Reach the sacred Lake Mansarovar and enjoy the first breathtaking view of holy Mount Kailash. Participate in meditation, prayers, and spiritual reflection by the lake.
Day 8: Mansarovar Puja and Drive to Darchen (4,670m)
Begin the day with yoga, meditation, holy bath (weather permitting), and puja at Lake Mansarovar. Later drive to Darchen, the starting point of the Kailash Kora. Prepare for the trek.
Day 9: Trek Darchen to Dirapuk (4,900m) – 18 km
Start the sacred Kailash Kora. Walk through the beautiful Lha Chu Valley while enjoying magnificent views of Mount Kailash's north face. Arrive at Dirapuk Monastery for an overnight stay.
Day 10: Trek Dirapuk to Zuthulpuk (4,790m) via Dolma La Pass (5,630m) – 22 km
The most challenging and spiritually significant day. Cross the sacred Dolma La Pass, visit Gauri Kund, and descend to Zuthulpuk. Pilgrims believe this section symbolizes spiritual purification and rebirth.
Day 11: Complete Kailash Kora and Drive to Saga
Finish the final section of the trek and return to Darchen. After lunch, drive back to Saga through the vast Tibetan landscape.
Day 12: Drive Saga to Kerung
Retrace the route through the beautiful Tibetan Plateau. Enjoy mountain scenery and reflect on the spiritual experiences of the pilgrimage.
Day 13: Drive Kerung to Kathmandu
Cross the Nepal-Tibet border and drive back to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel. The sacred Mount Kailash Yoga Yatra concludes with unforgettable memories and spiritual blessings.
